Notice is hereby given that on April 20, 2026 at 2:00 p.m., a public hearing, as required by Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the “Code”), will be held on behalf of the County of Mercer, a New Jersey municipality (the “County”), via conference call by dialing the toll-free number (888) 788-0099  and then when prompted, Meeting ID: 949 4922 3493 and Passcode: 786898, with respect to the application of the proceeds of certain revenue notes or bonds issued by the Public Finance Authority (“PFA”), as airport exempt facility bonds, as defined in Section 142(a)(1) of the Code, in one or more series from time to time, pursuant to a plan of financing (the “Obligations”), the proceeds of which are being used by TTN Development LLC, an affiliate of Sky Harbour Capital II LLC, or one or more subsidiaries or other affiliates thereof (collectively, “Sky Harbour”) to finance the project described below (the “Project”).
